Department Charter Workshop
A five-week engagement working with the leadership of a single department to draft a working charter — what the department does, what it does not do, how it engages with other parts of the business, and how it makes decisions. The consultant facilitates working sessions, drafts the charter, and supports revision through review cycles.

Ten-Week Operating Embedding

What kind of businesses do these engagements suit?
The engagements are designed for small and medium-sized businesses in Bangkok where the leadership team has grown beyond informal coordination but has not yet formalised how decisions are made or how departments interact. They are operational in nature — no industry restriction applies.
What does a typical working session look like?
Sessions are structured conversations with the relevant leadership team, usually running between one and two hours. The consultant prepares an agenda, takes working notes, and produces a short draft document after each session. The draft is then shared for review before the next session begins.
How long does each engagement take?
The Decision Log Setup runs over two weeks. The Department Charter Workshop runs over five weeks. The Ten-Week Operating Embedding, as the name describes, runs for ten weeks. Each engagement begins on an agreed start date following an initial conversation and a signed engagement letter.
What is the pricing structure?
Each engagement is priced as a flat fee: ฿5,800 for the Decision Log Setup, ฿20,400 for the Department Charter Workshop, and ฿31,800 for the Ten-Week Operating Embedding. Payment terms are outlined in the engagement letter. There are no additional fees within the agreed scope.
Who will be involved on the Sablehearth side?
Engagements are led by a single consultant throughout, which helps maintain continuity and means the team does not need to re-brief multiple people. The named consultant is confirmed before the engagement begins.
How is confidentiality handled?
All working materials and conversation content remain confidential. A non-disclosure agreement is included as standard in the engagement letter. Documents produced during the engagement are owned by the client and are not shared or referenced externally.
